Sicilian Cannolo Gelato

Sicilian Cannolo Ice Cream, a taste full of lots of goodness and creaminess. This traditional and famous dessert of Sicilian pastry in an ice cream version. It is prepared with sheep's ricotta, chocolate chips and cannoli pieces.

Ingredients: rehydrated skimmed milk, sugar, fresh cream, whole milk, fresh ricotta (sheep's milk whey and whole sheep's milk (1%), salt), cocoa paste, wheat flour, dextrose, milk protein, sunflower oil , maltodextrin, butter, glucose, flavorings, malt (barley malt extract, caramelised malt flour, cereal flour (wheat, barley) malt), fructose, emulsifiers: mono and diglycerides of fatty acids, sucrose esters of fatty acids ; honey, stabilizers: carob seed flour, guar gum, carboxymethylcellulose, xanthan gum, carrageenan; egg yolk, salt, starch, emulsifier: soy lecithin; vanillin, yeast, acidity regulators: citric acid, sodium bicarbonate.
